Wedding Planning · Katy, Greater Houston & Beyond
Twenty-five years of knowing exactly what a wedding day needs.
Michelle Stack brings twenty-five years of personal event coordination experience to every wedding she plans — full-service planning and day-of coordination built around a custom, hour-by-hour timeline, never a generic template. She and her team also plan corporate and social events with the same care.
The Timeline
A real, hour-by-hour timeline — for your day alone.
This is what you actually receive: a printed, minute-by-minute schedule mapped out for your wedding specifically, shared with you and every vendor well before the day arrives — so everyone already knows what happens next.
A real Saturday, on paper
- 4:00 PMVendors confirmed & final walkthrough complete
- 5:30 PMCeremony begins — cues called quietly, on time
- 6:15 PMCocktail hour, family photos, room flip in progress
- 7:00 PMGrand entrance, toasts, first dance
- 10:30 PMSend-off · rentals packed · vendors paid
What We Plan
Weddings first. Every celebration, with the same care.
Full-service wedding planning is the core of the work — the same standard of vetted vendors and a timeline built specifically for the day carries over to every corporate event as well as all social and life celebrations we take on.
Weddings
Full-service planning and day-of coordination for ceremonies and receptions across Katy, the Greater Houston area, The Woodlands, Galveston, and Beaumont, plus destination weddings across Texas — including multicultural and multi-tradition weddings.
Wedding planning & packagesCorporate Events
Holiday parties, client appreciation events, launches, and offsites, run with the same vendor discipline and minute-by-minute coordination as a wedding day.
Corporate event planningSocial & Life Celebrations
Baby showers, graduation and retirement parties, gender reveals, milestone birthdays (like quinceañeras, bar mitzvahs, bat mitzvahs, and sweet 16s), anniversaries, and celebrations of life — handled with the same organization and, when needed, the same care and sensitivity.
Social event planningDon't see your event listed? If it's worth celebrating, we'll plan it.
Set the Scene
The little details carry the whole day.
Table numbers, glassware, place settings — the small finishing touches most guests won't consciously notice, but would notice if they were missing. That's the level of attention every event gets.
The Difference
The timeline is the whole job.
Anyone can hand you a checklist. What clients consistently point to is the timeline — a document built hour by hour for one specific day, cross-referenced against every vendor's own schedule, so nothing depends on luck. It typically takes hours to build properly. It is never copied from the last event.
That habit — plan the minutes, not just the milestones — is why families who've worked with Michelle once tend to call her again for the next celebration.
Rooted in Houston
Planned for a city that doesn't do one tradition.
Houston is one of the most culturally diverse metro areas in the country, and the events we plan reflect that. From Vietnamese tea ceremonies woven into a wedding day to multi-faith blended ceremonies, we work with families to bring in the cultural details, vendors, and rituals that make the day unmistakably theirs — not a generic template with your names on it.
Vendor relationships that matter
Years of working the same venues, caterers, florists, and officiants across Katy, Greater Houston, The Woodlands, Galveston, and Beaumont mean fewer surprises, stronger vendor coordination, and better-informed decisions about where your budget goes.
The Result
A room that feels finished, not just decorated.
Florals, lighting, linens, and layout, coordinated with the venue and every vendor involved — so the space matches the vision on the very first walk-in, not after a scramble to fix it.
In Their Words
What clients say afterward.

Where We Work
Based in Katy. At home across Texas — and beyond.
Most events stay close to home in Greater Houston, but we also plan destination weddings and travel nationwide when the celebration calls for it.
Real weddings we've planned include venues like The Stables on the Brazos, Sandlewood Manor, The Peach Orchard, and Oak Tree Manor — see the full list on our Venues page.
Common Questions

For full-service planning, 9–12 months ahead is ideal, especially for in-demand Houston-area venues. Day-of coordination can sometimes be booked 2–3 months out, depending on the calendar.
Yes — corporate events, showers, birthdays, anniversaries, and celebrations of life are all part of the work.
Ready When You Are
The best time to start is before it feels urgent.
Whether it's a wedding, a milestone birthday, or something else worth celebrating, an early conversation means more vendor availability, better-informed budget decisions, and a calmer path to the day itself. Let's talk through where you are right now.
