Day-of Wedding Coordination · Katy & Greater Houston
A day-of wedding coordinator in Katy, TX — for couples who've already planned the day.
You've booked the venue and chosen your vendors. Event Management is our day-of coordination package: final vendor confirmations, the rehearsal, and a custom timeline run on cue from ceremony to send-off, starting at $2,500.
Event Management
What day-of coordination covers.
Event Management is built for couples who've already planned the day and need it flawlessly executed. Michelle and her team step in for the final stretch: confirming every vendor, walking the venue, running the rehearsal the week of the wedding, and then running the day itself, on-site from setup to send-off, so you're a guest at your own event.
Every package includes direct access to Michelle, vetted vendor connections, and a fully custom day-of timeline. Need more coverage on the day? Extra day-of hours and extra team members are available as add-ons.

The Timeline
The timeline does the heavy lifting.
What clients consistently point to is the timeline: a custom, hour-by-hour schedule built specifically for your wedding, cross-checked against every vendor's own timeline, and shared with you and every vendor well before the day arrives. It is never copied from the last event.
On the day, that document is what the cues for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are called from — so everyone already knows what happens next, and nothing depends on luck.
Your Venue & Vendors
An extension of your venue's team, not a replacement.
If your venue has its own coordinator, we work as an extension of what the venue staff offers, not a replacement for them. And you don't have to switch vendors to work with us: if you already have vendors you want to work with, we're happy to coordinate directly with them.
We stay proactive about the things that go wrong: communicating directly with every vendor in the lead-up to the day, following up right away if anyone's running late, keeping backup vendors in mind in case a replacement is ever needed, and flagging traffic delays as soon as we're aware of them. There's an emergency kit on site at every event, and when the night ends, post-event pack-down is part of the package.
Day-of or Full Planning?
Which package fits.
Day-of coordination is for couples who've already planned their wedding and need a professional to run the rehearsal, confirm vendors, and manage the day itself. Full-service planning — the Pearl Package, starting at $8,000 — covers the entire process, from vendor selection and budgeting to design and timeline creation, starting the day you book, and it includes full Event Management coverage on the day itself.
Somewhere in between? Partial planning isn't offered as a standalone package. If you need more support than day-of coordination but not full-service planning, book Event Management and add extra planning hours as needed, billed at $100/hour in 30-minute increments.

Common Questions
Booking day-of coordination.
For full-service planning, 9–12 months ahead is ideal, especially for in-demand Houston-area venues. Day-of coordination can sometimes be booked 2–3 months out, depending on the calendar.
A $1,000 non-refundable deposit and signed contract secures your date. The remaining balance is due two weeks before your event.
It starts right away with a welcome email and access to your own Aisle Planner account, including a personalized checklist. From there, expect regular check-ins — monthly or weekly depending on how close you are to your event — plus the ability to reach out anytime you have a question, need a referral, or just want guidance.
You work directly with Michelle throughout the planning process. On the rare occasion she's supporting two events on the same day, her trusted team is fully capable of running the day with the same care and attention to detail, and Michelle remains available should anything urgent come up.
Yes — Houston weather is, as Michelle puts it, predictably unpredictable, so it's part of the conversation for every event, not just outdoor ceremonies. We plan around photo timing, potential traffic delays or road closures for vendors and guests, parking, and whether a room flip will be needed, so nothing catches you off guard if the forecast changes.
Cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, or credit card. Online credit card payments are accepted for your convenience but carry an additional 3% processing fee.
