Couples know The Stables as an all-inclusive venue — and it is. What “all-inclusive” doesn't mean is that the venue walks you through every stage of planning. Their coordinator begins working with you three months before the wedding, and there's a lot that needs to happen before that point.
Where a planner fits
We're an extension of what the venue staff offers, not a replacement for them. We handle the details in the months leading up to your consultation with the venue, so that when their coordinator takes over at the three-month mark, everything they need is already done. Then we're there on the day itself — to set up, make sure you're happy with every detail, and help wherever it's needed.

A rain plan is a must in Houston. The Stables provides the staff to flip the space if the weather turns, and we're there to help.
No buffer required
This is a venue that doesn't need extra buffer built into the timeline. The staff are top-tier professionals on event day — our job is to arrive with everything their coordinator is going to need already done, and keep it that way.
