Every client signs their own individualized service contract through Aisle Planner before any work begins, and that signed contract — not this page — is the actual legal agreement between you and Irresistible Events & Services. If anything in the second part and your signed contract ever differ, your signed contract governs.

Working with us: client service agreement summary
Booking & retainer
A non-refundable retainer of $1,000, along with a signed contract, is required before any services begin. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your event date.
Cancellation & postponement
If your event is canceled, payments already made aren't refundable. If you cancel less than 6 months before your event date, a second payment is required to cover services already provided and the loss of that date.
If you need to postpone rather than cancel, services already contracted can be applied to a new date once one is confirmed. Once a postponement is requested, services pause until a new date is set; if you'd like work to resume before a new date is finalized, a second payment is required to restart services.
Responsibility for events beyond our control
Irresistible Events & Services isn't responsible for delays or disruptions caused by acts of God, natural disasters, government declarations of emergency, or other circumstances outside our control — including a sudden accident, illness, or family emergency affecting your planner. In situations like these, we'll arrange a qualified professional replacement to fulfill our obligations under your contract, at no additional charge to you.
Liability
Irresistible Events & Services is only responsible for the services we personally complete and provide, and can't be held liable for the services or performance of other vendors you or we contract with for your event (caterers, venues, photographers, and similar). We carry liability insurance, and in no event are we liable for consequential damages of any kind.
Payment methods
We accept cash, check, Venmo, and Zelle at no additional cost. Payments can also be made online by credit card for convenience, which carries an additional 3% processing fee.
