"I hired Michelle Stack of Irresistible Planning and Events In Katy, TX (a suburb of Houston) a year ago to help coordinate my daughter's wedding. I lived over 2 hours away, and knew I would need local help in setting up the wedding, which would include a church service in the Heights area of Houston, followed by a reception in Cypress, TX. Michelle recommended her same day wedding package since I had already selected some of the vendors and the reception site. She would be available by phone to answer questions and give advice at any time along the way, and would do intensive assistance and coordination the day of the wedding. She was invaluable in setting up the wedding, setting up timelines to follow, helping locate vendors to print invitations, a service to transport the bridal party to the church, set up a block at a local hotel for guests to reserve rooms, order a printing service for signs and place cards for the reception and church, coordinate between vendors and the reception site, and keep the reception flowing smoothly. She even knew the traditions and wedding dances to setup for the reception once she learned the groom's family was of Polish and Czech descent. The wedding day went off smoothly, largely due to her help, and she even helped with cleanup afterwards. Her prices are very reasonable for the work she does. "I booked a venue that did not come with day of coordination. I really enjoy hosting and party planning so I was confident that I could handle my wedding day on my own with the help of my family + wedding party. I was about 6 months out from my wedding day when my mom asked me how everything would be set up and who would be taking care of it.
