Frequently Asked Questions

What services do you offer as a wedding planner?

We offer as little or as much service as you need. Our packages range from Day of Coordination, Partial Planning, and Full Planning services. However, we would be happy to customize a package that is dialed into only the services you need.

What is your process for planning a wedding?

It begins with an initial consultation then once you secure our services we get right to work! Dependent upon what services you have booked, we start by discussing budget then work through what is important to you, discuss ideas you have, styles, and themes, then we book the perfect venue. Hiring the remainder of vendors and suppliers comes next and work through the final details.

What is your pricing structure?

Our packages start at $1,200.00. Our customized packages will depend on what services you need us to provide.

What is the average budget for couples you work with?

There are no “right or wrong” budgets. It’s up to you how much is spent on your event. We typically ask for the “can’t afford a penny more than” number then do our best to fulfill all your must-haves and stay under that amount. We have worked with clients that have a $20,000 dollar budget and then some that spend $100,000 plus. We work with all budgets!

How many weddings do you plan at a time?

The levels of weddings and events that we plan vary. Therefore, we may be planning numerous weddings at a time however we prioritize your event and will never skimp on service and dedication to making you feel like the only customer!

Can you provide a list of vendors you work with regularly?

Our list of vendor partners is endless. Because we have worked in this industry for many years, we have acquired the best “friendors” and would be happy to make all the necessary recommendations.

Do you travel for destination weddings?

Of course!

What kind of communication can I expect from you during the planning process?

We will meet frequently to ensure all the details are finalized no less than two weeks prior to your event. Our meetings may be in the office, over the phone, at Starbucks, or on Zoom. Whichever is most convenient for you.
